The DesignTalks series introduces Fabio Parasecoli’s research on the representation of food in films as a social and political battleground.
Fabio Novembre will be giving a lecture at SPD on Tuesday, May 12th from 6,30 p.m. at SPD Scuola Politecnica di Design. The meeting, open to the public, will conclude the SPDtalks! lecture series 06-07. Introduction by Cristina Morozzi.
Architect, born in 1966, in a little over a decade Fabio Novembre has made a name for himself with eye-candy interiors, spectacular installations, and lush yet functional furniture pieces. Throughout the Nineties, Novembre was a solo voice in the chorus of predominant minimalism. Today, equally far from the baroque new wave and the so called retrodesign, Fabio Novembre’s vision which interweaves personal, artistic and professional level, is still one of the most intense statement in contemporary Italian design: innovative and unique, passionate and poetic but extremely conscious about reality.
