The Code of Ethics is an official document of Scuola Politecnica di Design s.r.l. (hereinafter also referred to as the “School” or briefly as “SPD”) approved by the Sole Director and Director of the School itself, which gathers the principles and behavioural rules addressed to all the subjects operating in and with SPD. The purpose of this Code is to declare and disseminate the values and rules of conduct to which the School intends to make constant reference in the carrying out of its training activities.

SPD is committed to promoting an organizational culture based on ethics, responsibility, and compliance with regulations.
In this context, the school has adopted an Organization, Management, and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 — an essential tool for preventing unlawful conduct and ensuring transparency in decision-making processes.
To ensure the effective implementation and continuous updating of the Model, a Supervisory Body (OdV) has been established. This body operates independently and reports directly to the Board of Directors. It is responsible for monitoring, supporting, and verifying compliance with the Model, as well as managing the whistleblowing channel, guaranteeing confidentiality, independence, and protection of the whistleblower’s identity.
