Matteo-Gualandris

Matteo Gualandris is a Milan-based designer who specialises in art direction and editorial design. He also develops visual identities and digital projects for brands, institutions and private clients. He is the co-founder of the design duo MGMP with Massimiliano Pace. Previously, he worked as a senior designer at Mousse Magazine & Publishing, a studio specialising in identities, printed matter, catalogues and books for the contemporary art world. Prior to this, he managed projects for leading international firms in the fields of architecture, culture, design, and couture at Studio FM Milano. He studied publishing design at IED European Institute of Design and typography at SPD Polytechnic School of Design. He occasionally lectures at NABA New Academy of Fine Arts, NID, and CFP Bauer. Over the years, Matteo Gualandris’s work has received widespread coverage in various magazines, blogs and feeds, including Arcademi, Back Catalogue, Bench, It’s Nice That, Ligature and SwissPosters, to name a few.
