Freelance photographer and post-producer, Ilaria Tariello has been based in Milan since 2011. After completing a bachelor’s degree in Oriental Languages at La Sapienza University in Rome, she decided to pursue her passion for photography by moving to Milan, where she attended a two-year Photography program at CFP Riccardo Bauer. She began her career as an assistant to Francesco Jodice, collaborating for three years while also managing studio operations.
From 2013 to 2016, she taught History of Photography and Magazine Production in the Visual Arts and Curatorial Studies program and in the Master in Photography at NABA, Milan, sharing her knowledge and helping students develop a critical eye and attention to detail.
In the following years, she specialized in photo retouching for national and international advertising campaigns for leading fashion and luxury brands, including Acqua di Parma, Armani, Oakley, and The North Face. Her approach combines aesthetics, technical precision, and meticulous attention to detail.
Today, she works with agencies, photographers, and brands to produce images across a wide range of formats, from digital media to large-scale billboards.
