Consultant and trainer in strategic and organizational fields, after five years of experience in operations and technological innovation, since 2011 Daniele has specialized in open innovation and business model design.
In 2015, Daniele concentrated his efforts on Innovation-LAB®, a physical and digital space dedicated to Open Innovation, active training & labs (FormAzione), Business Design and, above all, facilitation tools such as the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method.
Ten years later, in 2025, Innovation-LAB® merged with Trivium International, a strategic consulting and facilitation firm headquartered in Denmark with offices around the world. Daniele is Managing Director of Trivium Italy and Partner at Trivium International.
Alongside this professional path, Daniele collaborates with Talent Garden Innovation School, Scuola Politecnica di Design, the University of Bergamo, and the Politecnico di Milano on courses related to innovation, entrepreneurship, management, and business/service design.
