Chiara Bellifemine was born in Varese in 1987. After obtaining a Master degree in Art Criticism from University of Bristol – UK, she started her career in the editorial field as Junior Editor in Jaca Books, a historical publishing house working on art books. She then moved to 24 ORE Cultura – 24 ORE Group, a publishing house, an art exhibitions producer, and the manager of the Mudec – Museum of Cultures in Milan, where she eventually reached the position of Editorial Coordinator.
In 2025, she began a new career as an independent editor and author. She specialises in the creation of illustrated books, mainly aimed at the enhancement of artistic and territorial assets. Her decade-long expertise is complemented by a strong aesthetic sensitivity, creating projects that merge texts, images, graphic design, and packaging in a sophisticated and compelling way, turning each book into a true work of design.
Her projects include exhibition catalogues curated by the directors of the most important international museums and photographic books made in collaboration with institutions such as Snam and Intesa Sanpaolo, with celebrities such as Enrico Bartolini and Achille Lauro, and with masters of design and architecture such as David Chipperfield and Andrea Branzi.
