Anna Segato a Management graduate with a major in Fashion, Luxury & Made in Italy from Bocconi University, and built ~10 years of experience across multiple digital domains.
She started in 2016 at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP; from 2017 to 2025 she worked at H-FARM Digital Marketing – later acquired by JAKALA, one of Europe’s leading MarTech players – as a Digital Project Manager, leading multidisciplinary, cross-industry initiatives: from e-commerce (with a strong focus on social media, influencer marketing, and digital advertising) to ATL activities. Anna has been active in training for years, both in corporate and academic settings (H-FARM College and Business School, NABA, Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, UPA, SPD Scuola Politecnica di Design). Today, she co-founded FAIRFLAI and I’m focused on the people-first adoption of Gen AI in companies, combining upskilling, process redesign and change management.
