Anna has been working in the non-profit sector for over 25 years, leading teams and strategies to connect people with causes they care about. Her journey started in donor care and grew into leadership roles in organisations like ActionAid Italia, Save the Children and Terre des Hommes, where she currently leads the Individual Giving programme.
Along the way, Anna has managed different areas from child sponsorship to face to face, from e-mail campaigns to legacy fundraising, from supporter communications to CRM migrations. She’s especially passionate about building donor experiences, using storytelling, data, and empathy to strengthen relationships and raise more funds.
Anna has attended different trainings in fundraising, leadership, and service design, and loves sharing what she’s learned.
