Find below the admissions process for our Foundation Year, Bachelor, Master and Preparatory Courses.

The Foundation course, accredited by the MUR through RUFA – Rome University of Fine Arts, is designed for students who are interested in pursuing a career in design or other creative fields but may not yet meet the academic entry requirements for a Bachelor’s degree.
Admissions are open all throughout the year. The course begins online at the end of October and in-person starting from January.
The Foundation year is open to:
- foreign students with 11 years of school attendance
- those who attended an American high school and have not achieved the APs necessary to access degree courses in Italy
- those who attended a British High School who have not achieved the number of A-Levels necessary to access degree courses in Italy

Language requirements:
- B1/B2 in English
- Preferably B1 in Italian
Additionally, an online admission interview is required as part of the admission process.
Admissions to the Bachelor of Arts programs are open year-round, with the courses commencing every October.
Candidates are eligible if the award of this qualification is subsequent to a comprehensive educational path of a minimum of 12 years.

Language certificate: IELTS score of 5.5 or equivalent
Additionally, an online admission interview is required as part of the admission process.
Admissions to the Master of Arts programs are open year-round, with the courses commencing every January.
Candidates are eligible if they have a second class (2.2) honours or higher in art, design, or other creative disciplines from any recognised ISCED level 6 programme. Graduates in scientific disciplines, social sciences, and humanities can also be selected, as well as candidates who have previously gained significant professional experience in the field of the Master selected.

Our preparatory courses are tailored for students seeking to specialize in the design field but who do not currently meet the qualifications needed to enrol into a Master programme. Whether you come from related fields or aim to acquire proficiency in particular software, these courses provide the foundational knowledge and abilities necessary to pursue your design ambitions.
Upon successfully completing a preparatory course, students will gain the knowledge and skills required to excel in their chosen Master’s programme.
